• Business/account details for professional customers
• Payment information (processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers)

Information collected automatically. When you use the Services we may collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and interactions, using cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies and Tracking” below).

Information from connected services. If we connect an accounting or business service on your behalf or at your direction, we may receive information from that service as described in the next section.

Connected Services and Accounting Data (Intuit QuickBooks Online)

Hawaiian Beauty Products may connect to Intuit QuickBooks Online (“QuickBooks”) so that our authorized staff can reconcile and import inventory and, where enabled, related accounting records. This connection is established only by an authorized administrator through Intuit’s secure OAuth authorization flow.

When connected, we may access the following data from QuickBooks:

• Inventory items and quantities on hand (SKU, name, item type, unit and purchase cost)
• Where invoicing features are enabled, customer records and sales/invoice transactions associated with your QuickBooks company
• Company profile information required to identify the connected QuickBooks account

We use QuickBooks data solely to provide the Services you have requested — for example, to compare and import inventory quantities into Hawaiian Beauty Products and to prepare or reconcile invoices. We handle this data as follows:

• Purpose limitation. QuickBooks data is used only for the inventory and accounting features described above. It is never used for advertising.
• No sale of data. We do not sell, rent, or trade QuickBooks data, and we do not share it except with the service providers who host and operate the Services on our behalf.
• Security. Access and refresh tokens are stored securely and used only to make authorized requests to Intuit on your behalf. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections.
• Direction of sync. During the current transition, the integration imports quantities from QuickBooks into Hawaiian Beauty Products; it does not write your Hawaiian Beauty Products data back to QuickBooks unless you separately enable and authorize that.
• Disconnection. An administrator may disconnect QuickBooks at any time from within the Services or from the Intuit account settings. On disconnection we stop accessing QuickBooks and revoke the stored tokens. You may request deletion of previously imported data as described under “Your Rights and Choices.”

Our use of information received from Intuit APIs adheres to the Intuit Developer requirements applicable to connected applications.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Process and fulfill your orders and invoices
• Send order confirmations, invoices, and shipping updates
• Manage inventory and reconcile it with connected accounting services
• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
• Send promotional communications (with your consent, where required)
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security, and technical issues
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers. With vendors who perform services for us — such as payment processing, shipping and carrier labeling, email delivery, accounting (Intuit QuickBooks), and cloud hosting — under contracts that limit their use of the information to providing those services.
• Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Hawaiian Beauty Products, our customers, or others.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain business and accounting records, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. You may request deletion as described below, subject to records we are required to keep.
